IMPORTANT INFO WHEN BOOKING THE BRAND STUDIO

Studio is air conditioned and will be set to 72 degrees. AC is on a motion sensor so it will turn on as soon as you arrive. 
Before accepting your booking, we require details about your use for studio, so please provide that in your booking request. For example are you photographing a maternity session, newborn session, hosting a jewelry workshop etc.

We require proof of standard liability insurance. If you do not have production/liability insurance we highly suggest having it for your protection, your clients protection and for your gear coverage. We use Hill & Usher but recommend if you only need daily coverage use a company called Thimble Insurance.

No open flames are not allowed in studio space.

Pets are not allowed; we think they are cute but unfortunately unless they are certified service animals they are not permitted in the studio 1. Please let us know if a service animal will be present.

No nudity- All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful. We understand that boudoir photographers will rent the space and that is acceptable during studio time. We do request that you close the lightweight curtains during your session. No adult content of any kind can be filmed or photographed on property.

Maximum of 6 people at each rental (including photographer) unless you are renting out for an event with approval.

Security cameras and recording devices are on premises but will not record your clients. These have been installed for security purposes for you, your clients and The Brand Studio space.



Parking is directly in front of studio space and there is handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility. Please ask your clients to park directly in front of the studio. We ask photographers to unload and then park on the side of the building so this leaves room for your clients. Below we have attached a shot of our parking lot and where to park. Feel free to send this to your clients as well.

 $80 HOURLY with a 2 hour minimum
 HALF DAY which is four hours at $320
 FULL DAY (eight hours) at $640

Weekend rates (Friday-Sunday)
$95 HOURLY with a 2 hour minimum
 HALF DAY which is four hours at $380
 FULL DAY (eight hours) at $760

Email members would get first dibs on date openings as well as have first option to sign up for when we do seasonal styled sets. Those would be like a furniture vignette with some floral or a custom backdrop.
