2026 Spring styled sets

We will have rental session times available for 1 to 8 hour time slots. You can add on extra hours at booking if you want to book multiple hours/time slots. There will be a 5 minute gap between all sessions. If you book back to back hours, you DO NOT have to leave the studio in between clients. 

Sunrise is at 7:15-7:25am  and Sunset is 7:45-7:55pm during these sessions.  We will have rental availability from 8:30am-7:00pm. The studio has floor to ceiling windows and has amazing light from sunrise to sunset. If you like cleaner brighter light we suggest sessions from 8am-2pm and if you like warmer light then 2-7:30 is great! 

We will always have a team member on site to welcome you to the studio and help with anything you need. These sessions will be great for mini sessions and family sessions. This booking is for PHOTOGRAPHERS to bring their clients in and photograph holiday sessions, we will not have a photographer on site. Liability insurance is required when booking your session. If you do not have liability for some reason please check out Thimble.com. They have an insurance use for daily / hourly coverage. 

These sessions are NOT refundable, transferable or be rescheduled due to the nature of limited availability of sessions. If for any reason you cannot make it to your session please alert us so we can make sure our studio attendant is not waiting around for your arrival. 

Dogs ARE ALLOWED in this studio and must be leashed entering and leaving the studio. All owners must clean up after their dogs. 

Studio is wheelchair accessible. 

Studio has a restroom and full length mirror for clients getting ready.

The dates of the Spring Styled Sets will be from Saturday March 21st to Saturday April 4th. These are for Saturday & Sunday spots. If you would like to reserve for a weekday please reach out to us and we can accommodate. 

We're filled with excitement as we prepare for the 2026 Spring/Mother's day styled sets. This year we will have two sets and both are absolutely gorgeous. Set one is a soft pastel color palette of fun florals. Set two is an on our arch wall and it has a whimsical ivy fairy tale look.  

 Both of these sets are located in one studio so you can use one or use them both. We always offer a bunch of options for seating to accommodate families and groups of all sizes to create a cozy atmosphere that feels like home.

All you need to do as the photographer is bring your clients! We will have the space all ready for you...its as easy as shoot and go! Get ready to make this spring and Mother's day truly unforgettable for your clients…oh and did we mention no rain delays and AC (heck yes!!) 

The Holiday Styled Sets are located in Studio 2 of The Brand Studio which is at 2520 North Ronald Reagan Blvd. Longwood Florida 32750 and we are in suite 132 which adjoins the main studio. 

Ask your clients to have hair and make up done prior and in their first outfit ready to shoot. This will ensure that you have plenty of time with them and it's not wasted with them getting prepped. 

Ask for your clients phone number and for approval to text them a reminder for their session.  We suggest that you text your clients when you are ready for them to come into the studio.  This helps with your work flow in the space and prevents your next clients from interrupting your current session.

Don't stress if it's dark and rainy outside we have constant temperature lighting that you may use to make it look like a bright sunny day check out our highlights on Instagram and the "how to" section.

Please lock the door to the studio when your client arrives. We are a retail plaza and locking the door will ensure that other clients/photographers as well as solicitors do not disrupt the studio during your session.

We know it's easy to get lost in time when photographing an amazing session, so we suggest setting a timer on your phone for 5 minutes before your session time is up. This helps so that you can start wrapping up and get those last minute shots with your clients and ready for your next client. We also have a Google timer that we set to alert you 10 minutes prior to your session end time.
