All the amazing natural light, a restroom, a constant temperature controlled panel LED, a steamer, a garment rack, a blow up air mattress with fresh linens for boudoir sessions, a high speed fan (for that Beyonce hair moment), a full length and decorative mirror, a ton of chair/seating and couch options, a styled kitchen set, a 8 foot backdrop stand as well as some plants to style and last but not least a big moveable arch. The studio is a perfect spot to get out of the heat and humidity of the hot Florida days.  But also capturing the gorgeous natural light for all your sessions. We love photographers that shoot maternity, newborn, family, boudoir, wedding/engagement and portrait photographers. 

We DO NOT allow cake smash sessions in the studio since we are a ground level studio and unfortunately will have ants come to the party! 

We do require you to have liability insurance to shoot in the studio , if you do not have any, no worries, you can purchase some from Thimble.com and they have daily coverage for a very reasonable price. 

The main purpose for this studio space is for all creatives to come in, create something beautiful and use it like your own space. We have hosted workshops, retreats, photoshoots, styled shoots, podcasts and more!  

You can rent from 7am-8pm every day

Amalie (the studio owner) will text you over a lock box code and confirmation 24 hours prior to your rental. If it is your first time renting we will send a how to access and use the lockbox video. 

Yes,  we have a bathroom located in each studio. 

Absolutely, children are allowed in the studio but MUST always have parental supervision. We do not have a space for children to play. We also have some breakables in the studio so we ask that you move those to a table top or out of reach from children.

At this time we are NOT renting the studio for branding/commercial photography. In order to keep the cohesiveness of the brand and fairness to clients over at my other business The Branded Boss Lady I will not be renting out the studio at this time to other brand/headshot and commercial photographers. This ensures the studio is exclusive to my brand/commercial photography clients.

Yes, you can use the studio so it best suits your needs. Almost everything in the space is lightweight and can be moved where needed. We ask that you pick up the furniture to move it instead of dragging since we have all white floors and it will scuff the surface. We also have sliders available to move larger furniture like the couch and dining table.

While the purpose of this space is to have a place for the creative community to gather and photographers to shoot. This is not designated to be an office space but,  it is a great space for hosting meetings with your clients.

We have had interior designers, wedding planners and photographers use it as a space to meet their clients.

You can! We have half and full day rentals available for this purpose. We ask that the host has liability insurance and keeps the total number of people i the studio space limited to 20 people. 

Weekday rates (Monday through Thursday) 
$100 for 1 hour or $85 HOURLY with a 2 hour minimum

Weekend rates (Friday-Sunday)
$115 for 1 hour of $100 HOURLY with a 2 hour minimum

Seasonal Styled Sets rates are $110 per 60 minute session

They sure are. We ask that you have them leashed when entering and exiting the studio as well as cleaned up after of the have an accident. Please make sure you vaccuum up all hair after the session as well. 

Cancellation- we do not offer cancellations, only rescheduling on Studio 1 rentals. Studio 2 (Styled Sets) cannot be cancelled or rescheduled due to the nature of the limited availability and timeframe of these sets.
Rescheduling- If your shoot is in 24 hours or less and you need to cancel or rescheduling your session is non-refundable. You will receive an email 48 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental time.

Only one rescheduled date will be approved, each reschedule after is a $50 fee. We only allow ONE reschedule date. Reschedules are available within 30 days of original booking and must be used on the exact booking. For example, if you booked a weekend session date for two hours you can use a weekend date for two hours, we cannot move to a weekday or styled set session. 

YES, this is absolutely a fantastic idea! Over the holidays we have rented out to over 150+ photographers that photographed over 500+ mini sessions in the studio!!
